Delivery and shipping 

You found what you were looking for in our E-Autos.de shop and decided on the right adapter, the right charging cable or the desired mobile charging station? Perfect, then it's our turn to make sure your package reaches you as soon as possible. 

Every order by 14:00 will be processed on the same day – promised! We have completely automated our logistics. Twice a day we can hand over our parcels to our parcel service. For shipping we got the partner DHL on board. But we don't just send packages. All shipments will be climate-neutral via "Gogreen" delivered

All the items we have in stock will be with you the following day. If delivery takes place within Germany, there are no delivery costs for you. 

We don't have some items in stock because as a startup we don't want and can't afford a huge stock value. Please note our separate delivery times in the product descriptions for our wallboxes and fashion articles.

We are also happy to send your package:

• to Austria with a flat rate of €12.95
• to Switzerland with a flat rate of €16.95
